Important Payment Notice

01 โ€” Partnership Policy

How partnerships work

We want partnership discussions to be transparent from the beginning. Neither side should make assumptions about money, deliverables or responsibilities.

๐Ÿค

Mutual Partnerships

DGBP may collaborate through mutually agreed value exchange, including community access, technology, education, content, visibility, resources or expertise.

โ‚น

No Automatic Payment

Submitting a partnership proposal does not create a payment obligation. DGBP does not assume that a proposal is paid unless payment has been explicitly agreed.

โœ“

Paid Partnerships

If your proposal requires DGBP to pay you, clearly identify it as a Paid Collaboration / Paid Partnership and provide the proposed price, scope, deliverables and timeline.

๐Ÿ“‹

Written Agreement

Any payment, sponsorship, commercial service or financial commitment must be agreed by DGBP before the relevant work begins.

๐Ÿ”

Proposal Review

Every proposal may be reviewed based on relevance, value, credibility, audience fit, resources, timing and DGBP's current priorities.

โœ•

No Guaranteed Approval

Sending a proposal does not guarantee acceptance, publication, promotion, payment, partnership status or future collaboration.

02 โ€” Payment Rules

Be explicit about money.

Payment expectations must be clear before a commercial collaboration begins.

Standard Partnership

No Payment Requested

This is the standard partnership model. Both parties contribute agreed value without DGBP automatically paying the partner.

  • No automatic payment from DGBP
  • Value exchange must be mutually agreed
  • Deliverables should be clearly defined
  • Approval is required before representing the partnership
